Auction Statistics

Unlike Keith Haring, or Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat was never a prolific print-maker, he only did a few while he was alive on the anatomical subject. Most of the prints sold at auction are prints released by the Estate of Jean-Michel Basquiat after his death.

It is only the beginning of an auction market for Basquiat prints.

As of 25 October 2023, 35 prints sold at auction since 1 January 2023, for a total turnover of USD 2,556,463.
